LOYALTY
Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Ruth 1:16
Ruth 1:16-17
Reflection:
True loyalty is revealed when things become difficult. Ruth could have returned to her people, but she chose to remain with Naomi. Loyalty is not only about staying when everything is good; it is about standing with people, God, and His work even when it costs you something.
As Christians, our loyalty to God must not depend on circumstances, benefits, or convenience. Stay committed even when it is difficult.
Word for the Day
“Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay.” — Ruth 1:16
Today’s Challenge
Ask yourself: “Am I loyal only when things are convenient?” Then choose one person or responsibility you have been tempted to abandon and show genuine commitment today.
Prayer:
Lord, give me a faithful and loyal heart. Help me to remain committed to You and to the people and responsibilities You have entrusted to me. Amen
